I love this book! Fantastic read just before the Christmas season to get your heart and home prepared in all the right ways. One of my favourite parts were the ideas for gifts that cost next to nothing to prepare, but which are beyond priceless. There are also stories, quizzes, book and movie recommendations, advent ideas. Note that there is a strong LDS theme running throughout the book, however this book is for every Christian, not just Mormons.I found a free copy of this book on John's website in pdf form, but came and bought the kindle version anyway so I could carry it around with me more easily. Highly recommended book.

I love this book. I wish I could find it in hard copy for each of my married children's families. What a great idea to read and then work together to understand and apply what we have read. Well done and very worth while.
